  • Alec designed, authored, and launched a tailored training program to support the strategic partnership between Mariano’s and Stan’s Donuts, reinforcing brand excellence through consistent bi-weekly team check-ins and performance oversight.

  • In 2024, Alec has coached and prepared all newly hired General Managers and District Managers to successfully lead their assigned store locations, tailoring and customizing each training program to fit the unique needs, strengths, and operational goals of the individual and the store.
